All business carried out by G2BS Solutions Ltd, be it as agent or as principle with any party whatsoever shall be conducted in accordance with our standard trading conditions: RHA Conditions of Carriage 2024 (£1,300 per tonne). These conditions have clauses that may limit or exclude our liability. For more detailed information, please refer to our Conditions of Carriage Explanatory Notes. Our insurance can be tailored to meet our customer requirements, with uplifts on RHA basic conditions and other industry standard terms and conditions, if required.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
